Pump Test Bench

This system has been designed for testing diesel high pressure common rail pumps for excavator engines. The test bench simulates the mechanical drive, low and high pressure circuit and the lubrication circuit as well.

It measures the output, the high-pressure, torque and the efficiency depending on fluid temperature, rotation frequency of the pump and drive current of the volume control inlet valve. The test bench has been designed for semi-automatic operation with manual loading and unloading and automatic test sequence. The DMC of the test part can be read manually with help of an integrated code scanner.


Load Test Bench

This plant is used for the verification of high-pressure diesel pumps. The part to be tested is a high-pressure rail. A pressure control valve regulates the pressure.
The flow rate, oil leak rate, high pressure, VCV / PCV flow, inlet / outlet temperature, radial and axial force will be measured. The test process can be programmed by the customer.
It is a semi-automatic machine with automatic testing and manual loading and unloading. The plant has been designed for continuous operation. The test is carried out with V-Oil.

Test Bench for Diesel Pumps

This system has been designed for testing fuel high pressure pumps with diesel and its alternatives at different ambient- and fluid temperatures.
The test bench simulates the mechanical drive, supply- and high pressure circuits.
It measures the delivery flow capacity or the operating pressure dependent on supply pressure, rotation frequency of the pump, ambient- and fluid temperature, high pressure and the volume control valve (VCV).
The test bench has been designed for manual loading and unloading and automatic test sequence, programmable with NI Labview. Due to the comfortable user interface manual operations and measurements are possible as well.

The standalone modules are designed to perform single processes during the final test of common-rail diesel pumps.
The standalone modules can work in a complete line together with more end-of-line test benches.
In this combination, the standalone modules can take over single processes like filling, electrical tests and blowout from the test benches.
Thereby, the complete line saves cycle time because the test benches need to perform less processes.

Diesel Pump EOL Test Bench

This system has been designed for testing diesel highpressure common rail pumps.
The test bench simulates the mechanical drive by a servo motor as well as the hydraulic
low- and high-pressure circuit. It measures the conveying flow capacity, the high-pressure and the torque depending on fluid temperature, rotation frequency of the pump and
the control of the digital inlet valve.
Thus, the efficiency of the pump, among other things, is determined at different operation points. The test bench is designed for automatic operation with manual loading and unloading of the workpieces and automatic test sequence. The DMC of the pump can be read automatically with an
integrated reader.

Diesel Pump Endurance Test

This test bench has been designed for testing fuel injection pumps at different ambient- and test fuel temperatures.
The test bench simulates the mechanical drive, fuel supply and return circuits.It measures the
pump torque, flow capacity and operating pressure on the pump depending upon supply pressure, rotation speed of the pump, ambient- and fluid temperature and inlet valve actuation.
The loading of the test samples is made by quickchangeover mechanism. The automatic test sequence can be defined by flexible test plans.
Manual operations and measurements are possible as well. This test bench includes fixtures for two injection pumps, which can be tested at the same time.

Assembly Line GDI Pump

By means of the fully automatic production line single-piston gasoline pumps are assembled. The processing stations have been designed as individual single stations. The components required for installation are provided from the rear part feed.
The pump body is served on the workpiece carrier on a conveyor from station to station.
The process spectrum ranges from servo presses for pressing, crimping and way measuring, laser welder for the welding of different parts, camera applications for part inspection and measurement, density measurements using air and helium to component labeling with laser
marking.
The sometimes extensive measurement and production results are transmitted to the line's own database and customer database for more precise tracking. The progress of production and the production status can be checked at any time by scanning the pump number at a special manual station. The targets and limits for the various production steps are stored in the database which can be adapted to the test plan program at any time.
