HE-Grinder for Rails

The manually loaded HE-rail-grinding machine (hydro erosive grinding) is designed for deburring holes or grinding inlet and outlet holes of different rail types to a defined flow target. During the grinding process an abrasive fluid is pumped through the orifices of the workpieces in order to radius borehole intersections. The grinding process is stopped for every hole separately as soon as the flow has reached the correlated target flow value. A moveable control panel with a comfortable user interface is installed. Running processes and results are displayed. The parameters can be easily modified in case of changing requirements.
