New projects Automatic temperature test line for PCB’s

Full automatic test machine with conveyor belt for cooling and contacting of combined PCB’s of a DCDC- and OBC converter (for example sandwich PCB’s) at a temperature of -40°C in a in a controlled dry environment. The actual electric measurements are carried out by a test rack. After the test the specimen will be heated up to 15°C again. Changeover parts can be used to convert to different components. Continuous traceability is ensured with the help of the SonDaSys database, the customer MES system and product identification using DMC or barcodes. Extremely energy-saving design, as the waste heat from the chiller is used directly for the heating section (heat pump principle).

  • Hermetic sealing of the complete climatic chamber with conveyor belt
  • Drying of the ambient air in the climatic chamber
