The machine has been designed for fully automatic on- and offloading of a Laser drilling machine as well as for type recognition and flow measurement of machined nozzle components for gasoline direct injection.
The blank parts are transported to the camera station (used for type recognition) by bowl feeder. The robot distributes the parts between the external Laser drilling machine and a rotary table.
The rotary table distributes the parts to the following stations:
- Flow measurement station
- Air purge station
The flow tested parts are put into several classified offload boxes.
