The production machine is used for assembly and test of high voltage filters that are part of the inverter of a „Battery Electric Vehicle“ (BEV).
In the first part of the line the components are inserted manually. In the second part of the line the components are moved automatically via a conveyor belt system.
Full traceability of components and batches is ensured by DMC and RFID codes. All results and process parameters are stored in a database.
The main processes are adhesive metering and application (1K and 2K), plastic hot caulking, screwing, laser welding of copper, electrical attenuation measurement, automatic optical inspection (AOI) and laser marking.
