During the folding process, the pouch cells are given their required shape through cutting and folding. Sonplas can avail of the technology of its Korean cooperation partner (Clever), which has been tried an tested in large-scale production.

- Thermal pressing
- Testing of geometric and electrical properties
- NOK outputs sorted by error classes
