The test bench is used for automatic function testing of 48V inverters. It can be set up for different components by means of interchangeable parts. The electrical and hydraulic connections can be connected either manually or automatically. In addition, the test bench is equipped with a fluid circuit which allows the temperature control of the components from -40°C to +100°C. This allows the inverters to be tested realistically under various temperature conditions.
With the help of the SonDaSys database, the customer’s MES system and product identification by means of DMC or barcode, continuous traceability is ensured.
