Intended purpose:
- local machine lighting
- Incident light for simpler image recognition tasks such as reading data matrix codes with subsequent coloured status signalling
- Status display of an assembly status, test result or system status directly on the workpiece to be processed by means of a coloured light beam.
This means that the status information can be seen immediately without having to look at signal lights or result displays.

The four LEDs can be controlled independently of each other.

Many colours can be generated via pulse-width modulation from 0-100%. The diffuser disc, available as an accessory, is beneficial for colour mixing. - Internal / external brightness control The overall brightness of the LED spotlight can be controlled via an internal potentiometer and an external PWM dimming input.
- Integrated electronics with reverse polarity and overtemperature protection
The LED spot can be connected directly to the controller via an M12 cable without any further electronics.
The reverse polarity protection is also effective at the inputs for colour selection and brightness control.
The overtemperature protection protects the electronics and the LED chip.

Optical filters (diffuser, polarizing filter) with a diameter of Ø44mm can be mounted with the ring in front of the lens with no tools required.
