The flow test bench is used to determine the leakage value, the closing pressure and the flow value of the non-return valve.
The leakage and closing pressure measurements are carried out together in one station with nitrogen.
During the leakage measurement, a fixed nitrogen pressure is applied to the workpiece and the leakage value is calculated from the resulting pressure increase downstream of the component.
During the closing pressure measurement, the spring of the non-return valve is pressed open by the nitrogen pressure. After the supply has been stopped by closing the valve, the nitrogen pressure drops until the pressure is too low to press open the spring and the non-return valve closes.
During flow measurement, the medium pressure is regulated and the flow rate is determined at a stable pressure.
The workpieces are manually inserted into the rotary table in the loading station.
Results and current values are displayed on the software interface and guarantee a simple overview of the individual processes.
