Battery Module Production

At the heart of our process is the BOL (Beginning of Life) test and grading of every cell. Each cell undergoes rigorous testing to evaluate its performance and determine its grade, ensuring that only cells meeting our strict standards are used in the module assembly.

With our advanced machinery, we can handle each cell in under 2 seconds. This not only enables us to maintain a high production rate but also ensures that the cells are processed quickly and efficiently, minimizing any potential damage or delay.

To secure the structural integrity of the battery module, we utilize laser welding technology. Our state-of-the-art machines perform approximately 700 welding spots per module, ensuring strong and reliable connections.

At the end of our assembly process, we conduct End of Life (EOL) testing on the entire module, including the Battery Management System (BMS). This comprehensive testing evaluates the module’s overall performance, capacity, and safety features.
