On the first of September, Sonplas welcomed seven young men and women who will be completing their training as mechatronics technicians, electronics technicians or technical product designers in the company over the next three and a half years. The first day already had a lot in store for the trainees: Welcome speeches from the training management and HR department, a tour of the company and lunch together in the canteen. In addition, the group had the opportunity to get to know each other better through play and team-building tasks, before they then went into the joint basic training with prior safety instruction.
Every year, the Sonplas company looks forward to giving school leavers and people interested in the field a successful start to their careers. An apprenticeship at Sonplas means learning a future-proof and exciting profession. Thus, the company attaches great importance to imparting technical qualifications in a varied manner. The trainees should be well received in their departments and feel at home from day one.
